indonesian rice at PS

first up, serving you the delectable indonesian cuisine found at Plaza Singapura's food court. long queues can often be found snaking its way around the stall tucked in the left inner corner of the food court, and justifiably so.

the rice is drenched in mild, spicy curry and there's a slice of thin egg and a bowl of soup to go along with. but the main component of the dish is the enormous chicken u see there. its grilled and then dipped in a very nice sweet sauce that brings out the grilled flavour as well as accentuate the juiciness of the chicken. the gravy also help to add flavour to the rice. definitely a must-try. portion is also very generous, leaving you fully satiated and satisfied for putting $3.80 to good use.
